Experience with AHCA survey process in FL.
Basic typing skills along with a working knowledge of personal computing and word processing software are required.
Must have proven experience with coaching and delegation Must be able to supervise large staff of care associates.
Must be able to multi task and solve problems independently.
Must be able to build trust, accountability, commitment, and collaboration with the team.
Ability to effectively communicate in English and understand and follow written and oral instructions.
