Director of Operations - (Jupiter)
The primary purpose of the Director of Operations is to lead the Service Center Operations Management team to achieve service, quality and operational efficiency metrics.
This incumbent will manage the Logistics Supervisor, Operations Manager, Operations Supervisor, and Customer Service Manager.
This position typically requires a Bachelor's degree in a related field and 10 or more years of management experience in an operational setting.
Essential Functions:
Monitors and analyzes expense and operational metrics, for planning and performance.
Serves as the subject matter expert on all operational management related issues Hires, fires, and trains management staff.
Executes performance planning and management.
Owns service quality and efficiency performance.
Budgets by hours and productivity metrics.
Supports sales and marketing initiatives.
