We have an exciting and unique opportunity for a Project Manager Coordinator to assist and suport our project managementwithinstallation needs for top clients.
Essential Job Functions:
Prequalify Techs for Project Manager that will be used on specific jobs Work with Project Manager on assisting with work order creation Work With Project Manager to get scope of work out to technician Work with Project Manager to coordinate efforts of Master Schedule Responsible for deliverables within tickets, Site Survey, Pictures, Etc Work with Project Manager to review entire package prior to going to billing Essential Job Duties:
Cooperate in determining figures for project implementation and decision documents for project release schedules for NRO and Remodifications Produce technical notes within each project and ticket structure Document project progress, project file, project log, Alert notes Present and document interim results presented by Project Manager or on site techs Determine final times on each project, cost of material (if applicable) Essential Job Skills:
Meeting company objectives and customer support and satisfaction Problem analysis and solution Excellent communication and presentation skills Conflict recognition and resolution Project organization, innovation, cooperation and time management skills Ability to prioritize, multi-task, team building and team management skills We offer:
