Summary:
We are seeking a highly detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as a Member Services Concierge.
In this hourly role, you will serve as an ambassador to our club members and provide personalized services to cater to their individual needs and preferences.
Your main responsibility will be to create and oversee a member recognition gift program, including budgeting, selecting gifts, and managing the program's execution.
Additionally, you will be responsible for planning and organizing club member events, such as receptions and dinners at the hotel.
You will also handle the distribution and tracking of member guest passes and build relationships with both on and off-property businesses to manage the Membership Reservation Program.
Strong communication skills, creative problem-solving abilities, a sense of urgency, professionalism, and a commitment to maintaining privacy are essential for success in this position.
Previous customer service experience within the hotel or club industry is preferred.
Qualifications:
Demonstrated experience in delivering excellent customer service, preferably within the hotel/club industry, or booster club programs.
Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Creative problem-solving abilities.
Strong sense of urgency and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Unwavering professionalism and commitment to maintaining privacy.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement a member recognition gift program, including budgeting, researching and selecting gifts, and ensuring its successful execution.
Create and manage a club member event schedule, including planning, organizing, and hosting twice-annual receptions and dinners at the hotel.
Distribute and track member guest passes, ensuring accurate records are maintained.
Cultivate and nurture relationships with both on and off-property businesses to effectively manage the Membership Reservation Program.
Provide personalized and attentive service to club members, addressing their needs and preferences with professionalism and efficiency.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as the marketing department, to promote club services and events.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously enhance the member services experience.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of member interactions and preferences.
Handle member inquiries, feedback, and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
Collaborate with the management team to develop strategies for improving member satisfaction and retention.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
