Ultimately, you will ensure that customers leave our store satisfied and you will contribute to the business' success.
Compensation includes a Base Hourly Rate, plus a Commission as a percentage of Sales - and a monthly Bonus Plan for achieving Sales Goals.
Responsibilities Sales responsibility and ensure Sales Goals are achieved, as well as perform daily administrative and other operational tasks at our 2 Stores in Palm Beach Provide accurate information (e.
g.
product features, pricing and after-sales services) Answer customers' questions about specific products/services Conduct price and feature comparisons to promote sales Up-sell products Manage returns of merchandise Coordinate with the Retail Sales Representatives team to provide excellent customer service (especially during peak times) Inform customers about sales and special offers Provide customer feedback to the Store Manager Stay up-to-date with new products/services Skills Proven work experience as a Luxury Retail Sales Representative, Sales Associate or similar role Understanding and Driving retail sales Familiarity with consumer purchasing and behavior principles Product Knowledge of inventory and stocking procedures Track record of achieving sales quotas Excellent communication skills, capable of building trusting relationships Ability to perform in fast-paced environments Flexibility to work various shifts 'Work Location:
