Are you the right person for our amazing team? Bilingual required (English and Spanish) Duties - Greet and welcome patients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner - Register patients by verifying their personal and insurance information - Schedule patient appointments and maintain the appointment calendar - Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and provide information to patients - Assist patients with completing necessary forms and paperwork - Collect co-pays, deductibles, and outstanding balances from patients - Maintain patient records and ensure confidentiality of sensitive information - Coordinate with medical staff to ensure smooth patient flow Requirements - Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor - Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Ability to accurately assess patient needs and provide appropriate assistance - Detail-oriented with excellent data entry skills for maintaining patient records - Strong communication skills, both verbal and written - Ability to work well in a team environment as well as independently Please note that this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties, or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job.
