Position
Summary:
Bar ManagerRecruit, interview, hire and train new bar staff employees.
Handle members complaints.
Ensure staff is following all beverage control and safety regulations.
Maintains inventory.
Creates drink menus.
Tracks customer behavior and sales.
Maintains budget and monitors costs.
Maintains drink recipe documentation.
Oversees planning for special events.
Initiates and maintains vendor relationships.
Uses point-of-sale tracking technology and bar and restaurant management platforms.
Using an understanding of mixology to create new drinks, engaging the interest of the members and guests.
Education and experienceAssociate's degree or higher in Restaurant or Club Management is a plus.
Bartender's license.
Certification in alcohol awareness program.
Certification of previous training in liquor, wine, and food service.
Certification of C.
