8 hours per day, Monday through Friday, or as center requires.
Exact times to be determined by center manager.
Overtime may be required.
General Summary Under the direction of the Center Manager, the Community Director focuses on greeting visitors and clients, maintaining meeting room calendars and receiving deliveries.
The CD supports the center manager and clients by handling incoming calls, including transferring and screening of calls, and other tasks.
Building the community for the clients to collaborate and events to help them build their businesses.
The CD may assist with sales.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities Serves as first point of contact for all visitors and clients on a daily basis.
Answers/transfers/screens incoming calls for Quest and clients.
Greets visitors for both Quest and clients, and notifies clients of guest's arrival.
Schedules conference rooms, catering and equipment using billing system.
Plays a part of the sales tour.
Acts as the face of Quest in helping clients connect in ways that are beneficial to their businesses.
Handles Quest and client event planning and hosting.
Assists clients and guests with area and building amenities, including recommending/arranging hotels, restaurants, taxi/limo and courier services as necessary.
Maintains center's phone directory, telephone log and billing spreadsheet.
Sorts and distributes incoming mail.
Posts and sends daily mail and client shipping requests.
Maintains and configures conference rooms, including refreshments, and cleaning of rooms before and after meetings.
Enters appropriate billing information into company billing system.
Other Duties (performed as needed and/or required) Essential Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Receives and maintains log of all deliveries and packages, in electronic system, and notifies or delivers to the appropriate person.
Manages faxes; including sending and receiving, and distribution of faxes as needed.
Stocks and maintains coffee, kitchen and services areas throughout the day.
Maintains paper supply in copiers.
Opens and closes front desk daily.
Maintains confidentiality of all clients, employees and visitors.
Assists with billing as needed.
Trains clients on the use of technology platform.
Telephony and internet troubleshooting.
Assists with supply inventory.
Assists with overall cleanliness and maintenance of center, including spot cleaning and painting as needed.
Assists with center security, including locking/unlocking conference rooms.
Assists with furniture moves; prepares and configures offices for new clients.
Provides backup assistance to other centers as needed or required.
Performs other duties/projects as required and/or assigned.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Excel and Outlook.
Ability to multi-task and adapt to a given situation.

Demonstrates strong organizational skills, ability to prioritize workload and work efficiently with minimal supervision.
Ability to operate office equipment and technology such as computers, printers, scanner & support software, telephones, facsimile machines, postage machines and copier.

Effectively manages incoming calls on a multi-line phone system.

Education and Experience Required Minimum 6 months experience in an office environment in a similar position.
Experience with multi-line phone system and computers.
High school diploma or equivalent.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
