Program Manager, N2N (Senior Living)

SUMMARYDevelop, implement, maintain, and manage the referral and in-network programs and services in participating neighboring communities in Palm Beach County.
This position supports the marketing department's efforts for brand awareness, generating leads, generating revenue, and enhancing senior living service lines at the organization.
PRIMARY FUNCTIONSProvides oversight, leadership, and management for the N2N program.
Conducts research and needs assessments for potential new partnering communities.
Expand the number of communities covered in Palm Beach County.
With resident input, each season, plan and implement various programs that support healthy aging, wellness programs, and the organization's senior living and housing programs, e.

, educational programs, safety checks, wellness groups, support groups, etc.
Monitor the success of programs for future planning purposes.
Establishes and maintains cooperative working relationships with community leaders in current communities and builds relationships with potential new communities and with the professional staff of MorseLife.
Creates and maintains marketing plans for N2N communities, programs, and expansion plans.
Document lead generation, referrals, and events in Salesforce CRM.
Utilizes community organizing principles to develop and maintain volunteer neighbor-helping neighbor groups.
Assist with recruiting volunteers for MorseLife volunteer opportunities.
Identifies and appropriately refers residents needing medical, legal, financial, and other community services and resources.
Partner with community physicians, attorneys, financial planners, etc.
, to serve as an overall resource to the N2N network.
Coordinates lectures, events, and promotional materials for the N2N network.
Recruit members to N2N by developing relationships and offering an interesting program.
Works collaboratively with other departments to provide coordinated service to residents.
Oversees and ensures the timely processing of payments for vendors.
Educates residents about MorseLife's benefits through writing community newsletter articles and blurbs for a community's closed circuit TV channel, creating flyers, and speaking to various community clubs.
Oversees the collection and documentation of pertinent data to develop and assess measures of success and program tracking.
Oversee the database and ensure timely data entry and production of reports.
Participates in planning, organizing, and implementing luncheons and other activities.
