The Data Program Manager will oversee data analytics projects and programs from conception to completion.
Responsibilities:
Partner with stakeholders to identify and prioritize data analytics opportunities that drive business value.
Develop roadmaps, set goals, and create project plans for data initiatives.
Estimate timelines, budgets, and resource requirements.
Assemble cross-functional project teams and coordinate workstreams to execute on data roadmap.
Monitor progress of data initiatives and program benefits.
Identify and resolve issues to keep projects on track.
Implement best practices for data collection, management, analytics, reporting, and data governance.
Stay current with data technologies and trends.
Make recommendations for tools and process improvements.
Build and promote adoption of data standards, policies, and procedures across the organization.
Communicate data program vision, progress, and results to stakeholders and leadership.
Manage relationships with external data providers and vendors.
Negotiate contracts and agreements.
Recruit, hire, mentor, and manage data analysts and scientists for the program.
Requirements:

years experience managing data teams and analytics programs Strong project management skills and experience seeing initiatives through from start to finish Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities Strategic mindset and critical thinking to turn data into insights Proficiency with data analytics tools and SQL Hands-on experience with data visualization and presenting insights Passion for data, analytics, and driving organizational change Recommended Skills Assembly And Installation Change Management Communication Critical Thinking Data Analysis Data Collection Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
