Leasing Agent/Assistant Manager

Unit accommodations cater to annual, short term and hospitality stays that will be overseen by a success driven multi skilled manager/leasing consultant/vacation reservation processor on-site.
Daily responsibilities include, but not limited to, responding to leads, tours, leasing, reservations for short term rentals, walking the property for preparedness to lease, checking guests in/out, moving tenants in/out, handling maintenance requests, communicating with on-site staff to schedule property needs, collecting rent, processing rental applications, communicating with supervisors regularly.

Rent Manager, Travel Click -hospitality, various websites for short term bookings/reservations, Microsoft Office Hours - Thursday - Saturday 8:
30 AM - 5 PM Non-Negotiable Job Type:
