Senior Director/Director Business Development

Description Lead new business development activities with National Account Customers. Capture value and long term contracts by jointly collaborating with customers and NTW Business Units to drive growth and align with strategic initiatives while deepening the relationship through strategic Joint Business Planning. Ensure the coordination of customer interactions includes NTW's cross functional departments/suppliers. Job Responsibilities Develop processes, procedures and templates for Business Development within National Account customers Establish strong and positive working relationships with both internal and external customers (Operations, internal departments, Customers, etc.) Work in concert with assigned customer/sales team to establish, implement, and maintain an initiative-specific Customer Partnership relationship strategy that supports the JBP Process goals and objectives Utilize standard processes and metrics to manage and track all JBP initiatives Facilitate the Joint Business Planning (JBP) process with key customers and internal stake-holders Develop a holistic approach to coordinate with customers that cross multiple channels, field sales, car dealer and MAST/national accounts Collaborate with customers to develop strategic initiatives Ensure alignment of JBP programs with strategic initiatives Build overall map of existing customer landscape and jointly drive the development and implementation of the JBP process throughout the National Accounts department Own the customer scorecard as part of the business development selling process Manage Key Customer Relationships and ensure smooth transition to account managers using JPB customer plans to provide access to data and resources to drive profitable growth Assist in managing resources within the functional areas Assist in keeping commitments to customers Help to impose change Qualifications Minimum of 5-7 years' experience working on development and implementation of national account customer relationship management within the areas of Sales, Supply Chain, Product Development, QA, or Manufacturing - - preferably, with Business Development experience.
